سياسة الخصوصية – رادار الذهب

١. مقدمة

نحن في تطبيق رادار الذهب (Gold Radar) نلتزم بحماية خصوصيتك. تصف هذه السياسة كيفية جمع بياناتك واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك لتطبيقنا. باستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق على الممارسات الواردة في هذه السياسة.

٢. البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب: عند تسجيل الدخول عبر Google، نحصل على اسمك وعنوان بريدك الإلكتروني وصورة ملفك الشخصي.
رقم الهاتف: في حال قدّمته طوعاً للتحقق من الحساب أو الدعم.
الموقع الجغرافي التقريبي (من عنوان IP): لتحديد دولتك تلقائياً وعرض عملتها المحلية.
معرّف الجهاز: معرّف فريد لإدارة الإشعارات والاشتراكات.
بيانات الاستخدام: الشاشات التي تزورها وأنماط الاستخدام العامة (بصورة مجمّعة وبدون تعريف شخصي).

٣. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

تقديم خدمات الأسعار الفورية للذهب والفضة والعملات.
تفعيل الاشتراكات وإدارة المدفوعات داخل التطبيق.
إرسال إشعارات التنبيهات السعرية التي تحددها بنفسك.
تحسين تجربة المستخدم وأداء التطبيق.
الرد على استفسارات الدعم الفني.

٤. المشتريات داخل التطبيق

تُعالَج جميع المدفوعات بالكامل عبر Google Play. لا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك الائتمانية أو أي معلومات دفع مالي مباشرة. تخضع المشتريات لسياسة استرداد Google Play.

٥. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث. قد نشارك بيانات مجهولة الهوية (Aggregated) مع مزودي خدمات التحليل لتحسين التطبيق فقط.

٦. تخزين البيانات وحمايتها

تُحفظ بياناتك على خوادم Cloudflare المشفّرة. نطبّق إجراءات أمنية صارمة للحماية من الوصول غير المصرح به. نحتفظ بالبيانات طالما حسابك نشط أو حسب ما يقتضيه القانون.

٧. حقوقك

طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها في أي وقت.
سحب الموافقة على جمع البيانات.
طلب نسخة من بياناتك (حق قابلية النقل).

٨. الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه للمستخدمين الذين تجاوزوا ١٣ سنة. لا نجمع عمداً بيانات من الأطفال دون هذا العمر. إذا علمنا بذلك، سنحذف البيانات فوراً.

٩. تحديثات السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سنخطرك بأي تغيير جوهري عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق أو بتحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في أعلى الصفحة.

Provide real-time gold, silver, and currency price services.
Manage in-app subscriptions and purchases.

4. In-App Purchases

All payments are processed entirely through Google Play. We do not store your credit card or payment details directly. Purchases are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Aggregated, anonymised data may be shared with analytics providers solely to improve the app.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on encrypted Cloudflare servers. We apply strict security measures against unauthorised access. We retain data while your account is active or as required by law.

7. Your Rights

Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.
Withdraw consent to data collection.
Request a portable copy of your data.

8. Children

This app is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it immediately.
